Major flaw at the end

Grace is married to Bob and they never had children. Yet at the end, Grace was "praying for the safety of her children and husband, and that of Bob Greeley." Huh? Bob IS her husband. This is my second book of hers that I've read (I also read Rage) and both books contain many ridiculous typos. She writes a good story, but needs to freshen up on her proofing skills. A good author will do more than just run it through the spell check and think everything's okay. Hence, only 3 stars.

EXCELLENT

I have read several of her books and enjoyed them all. This was no exception. It is a perfect example of how seemingly normal, good people can allow rumors and half truths to cloud their judgement and perceptions. And how they can work themselves into believing what they want and how it can cause them to have an angry mob mentality. A lot like what the media does now. The story sucked me in at the very beginning and I couldn't put it down. I read the book in almost one sitting. She has a way of writing that makes for an incredibly easy read. One where you can picture and feel everything that is happening with the characters. I thought it was an excellent book. "Rage" is still my favorite by her, but this one and her newest, "22918" easily come in second.

Kimberly Bettes rocks. I stop whatever I'm reading to read her books first when they are released. I'm never disappointed. The Day Bob Greeley Died was a page turner. The heat was unbearable and momentum built and things got out of control. I was there. I felt the anger, the outrage, the frustration and fear. It was crazy. I knew it was going horribly bad, but I didn't know how bad it would get. I couldn't put this book down until I knew what would happen. Thanks KAB. You did it again.
